The American style kitchen has been beautifully installed with modern integrated appliance and a breakfast bar with stools for a social aspect. The lounge and dining area are illuminated by the large folding window and patio door with what has to be one of the best views of Alicante bay and the sea. Steps lead down to the private terraced garden with views of the communal pool, communal gardens and sea. The garden is screened to one side with a tall hedge for privacy and gets midday to afternoon sunshine. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds (nest style) a wardrobe and sea view. The refitted bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is air conditioning installed in the living room which heats and cools most of the property.

    The gated community of Urb. Gran Aalcant has two communal swimming pools, communal parking, basketball and tennis courts and a football pitch. There is also a concierge on hand for asistance at the main entrance. Between the buildings are large squares with seating and lush mature gardens to enjoy. There are also a few comercial units within the community that offer varying services including a pizzeria and a wine bar.

    The community is located very close to the weekly market, the sports centre and the parade of shops along Avenida Escandinavia. The beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales are jsut a 5 minute drive away (3km).

    Being one of the original urbanisations built here in the early eighties, the area took its name Gran Alacant from this community. The gated community comprises of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in several blocks with most having attractive views over the communal gardens and swimming pools and some having sea views. There are two communal swimming pools, each with a childrens pool and also two tennis courts available. The proeprties have private and communal parking spaces. 

    The weekly market, sports centre and several bars, restaurants and other businesses are located very close by.   

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
