The apartments are fairly modern but have recently taken on a new project to upgrade the facade to a more contemporary white finish and upgrades to the pool surround and coomal areas. There are 2 and 3 bedroom models varying in distrubition. All have a private balcony, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Some have a garden on the ground floor and the top floor attic apartments have both a balcony and solarium. There are private garage spàces in the large communal garage underneath the complex.
The weekly market and sports centre are very close by and more amenities are just a few minutes walk away.
Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.
Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
