  • Are you looking for a holiday apartment with all day sunshine on its solarium and just minutes away from a great selection of amenities? This first floor two bedroom apartment could be ideal for you and your family. The property is tucked away on a small and quiet pedestrian street just metres away from the Gran Alacant shopping centre and main bus stop. 

    The property comprises of a shadey front balcony with seating, a lounge/diner with sofas, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi internet, a dining suite and ceiling fans. The separate kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle with plenty of work and cupbaord space. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a tub with shower above and wc. A spiral staircase leads from the kitchen up to the spacious roof top solarium with views over the local scenary. There is a large table with several chairs and reclining chairs to choose from.    

    The apartment has access to a large communal swimming pool close by with a childrens spalsh pool, seating, umbrellas for shade and showers. There is also a private allocated parking space for one car in the communal parking area. 

    The beautiful natural beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are just 3km away, 5 minutes by car or a short bus trip from the shopping centre. Alicante airport is only 10 minutes away by car making it a short and comfortable trip.

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    Located in Avenida Finlandia, this community is the closest to the Gran Alacant shopping centre. It is very convenient for people who want to be able to walk to the shops and amenities and also the main bus stops. 

    They are mainly 2 bedroom apartments, town houses, bungalows and detached houses, but there a few 3 bedroom models. They are a popular properties for their quality of contruction and design. There are a total of four communal swimming pools, with each property having access to two communal swimming pools.  

    They have easy access to the main road, N332, which leads to the airport and cities. The beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales are approximatley 3km away or a 5 minute drive.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
