    This 2 bedroom first floor apartment is located just 10 minutes walk (1km) from the fantastic Carabasi beach and two minutes from a great selection of bars and restaurants.

    Situated within a gated community of Novamar II, Gran Alacant is this first floor apartment which comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe; the second bedroom with two single beds, a fan and a wardrobe; a living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a large smart TV, wi-fi internet, air conditioning, that has access to a private covered balcony with a table and seating; a well equipped kitchen with appliances, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, a coffee maker and cooking equipement; a utility room with a washing machine; and a bathroom with a bath tub with a shower above. 

    The property has use of a wonderful communal swimming pool just 15m away with stunning landscaped gardens, grass borders with parasols to enjoy the warm climate, a childrens splash pool and large swimming pool. The apartment has a communal garage space available.

    The beach of Carabasi is one of the best in the area, with natural sand dunes and Mediterranean pine trees, and boardwalks leading you down to the sandy shores. There are several beach bars and attractions, especially in the summer. 

    The local parade of shops has an excellent selection of bars and restauarnts including Spanish, Irish, Indian, Mexican, English as well as small grocery shops. 

    There is a municapl bus stop and tourist train that can take you around the area, to the main shopping centre and other comercial centres as well as the beach. 

    The nature reserve, El Clot de Galveny, located a few minutes distance is a wonderful place to walk or jog and see some of the local wildlife and fauna.

    There are seven attractive gated communities that make up Novamar that were built by the TM grupo. They are known for there good quality build and their location being very close to the beach. Within each community are a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and apartments- The apartments are either ground floor with a garden or first floor with a balcony and frequently with a solarium. In Novamar III you can find examples of the inverted floor plan houses which has the slleping quarters on the lower level and the living space ont he highest level in order to maximize the views.

    Each community has a communal garage underneath with parking spaces and closed garages. Each community has a large communal swimming pool with lush grass borders and mature trees including palms and topiary bushes. The communities benefit from the use of a tennis court and adjoining children's playground.  

    There are lots of amenities at a short distance walk at the Carabassi Strip including bars, restaurants, shops and a school. The beach is just 500m to 1000m walk depending on the community.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
