  • This beautifully remodelled townhouse in a gated community has 2 bedrooms (on two different floors), 2 bathrooms, a front terrace, private balcony, solarium and a large games room with ping pong table. It has access to a lush communal pool on two levels, a padel court and childrens play area. There are plenty of services and a bus stop close by. 
    The beach is just a 5 minute drive away.

    *IMPORTANT - due to the lack of handrails on the stairs, we do not recommend for young children.

    The property is located within a private gated square with a lawn. The front terrace has a table and chairs. The glazed doors entering the property have the option to fold back to open the terrace into the lounge area making it one large bright and spacious flowing space.
    The lounge has a sofa and a large TV, wif-fi internet and air conditioning unit. 
    The dining area seat four and leads on to a breakfast bar and modern quality kitchen. There is cooking equipment and it includes appliances such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
    There is also a separate WC on this level.
    From the lounge there is a door and stairs leading down to the lower level (Caution - there is no handrail - not suitable for young children). Here you will find a large games room with a 65" TV with Spanish channels, a ping pong table with padels and balls, a sofa, dining table, darts board and mini pool table. 
    The stairs leading from the lounge upstairs (Caution - there is no handrail - not suitable for young children) will take you to the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning unit, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony; there is also a dressing room with additional wardrobe and storage space. 
    Another set of stairs leads up to the second bedroom with two single beds (nest of beds) which has an air conditioning unit, an en-suite bathroom and access to the solarium (solarium door lockable with a key).

    The marvelous communal swimming pool is a short walk away where you can bath and swim in the two large pools with lush gardens and grass surroundings. There is a lifeguard on duty. Close by is a padel court and childrens play area with a basketball net, football goal, slide and swings. 
    There are many viewing points from which you can appreciate the stunning sea views and of Alicante bay and mountains from this high vantage point.

    The main road has a parade of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, services, bus stops as well as a sports centre and weekly market. All within a few minutes walk. 

    The main shopping centre of Gran Alacant is just a 5 minute drive away or a short bus journey. 

    The fabulous beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales, with natural dunes and elegant wooden boardwalks are also just a 5 minute drive away (a little far to walk but a bus or tourist train can take you if you dont want to drive).

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

    The gated communities of Brisas del Faro and Olivo del Oro share this wonderful tropical communal swimming pool, a padel court, playground, basketball/football area as well as viewing points of the sea and entrances.  

    There is a range of models from 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, terraced houses and detached houses. Some enjoy excellent sea views and of the coastline. 

    The communal pool has grassed borders with tropical trees, a walk-in pool on one level and a larger pool on the lower level. There is plenty of communal parking if you do not have a drive.

    Located closeby is the departure and landing strip for paragliding so you will regulary see the gliders as they glide past and around the cape.  

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
