    This spacious townhouse is ideal for a family holiday! With an ample living room and kitchen, three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sunny front terrace with barbecue, balcony and large solarium, there is plenty of space for everyone! The property includes air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge, British TV channels, a dishwasher and access to a wonderful communal swimming pool. All the amenities, bus stops, shops, bars and restauarants are just a 10 minute walk away making it easy to get about and enjoy your stay. 

    The property comprises of a private terraced front garden with a traditional barbecue for coal or wood. Steps lead into the porch and living room where you will find a comfortable sofa and armchair, a new 50" Smart TV with Spanish and British television channels, an elegant dining suite, air conditioning, a ground floor shower/wc, a well equipped kitchen that includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The first floor has a bright master bedroom with a double bed, a TV, air conditioning, twin wardrobes and a balcony with table and two chairs; a second bedroom with twin single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning, a third bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and air conditioning and a family bathroom with a tub and shower above. The second floor has a small seating area and has access to the roof topm solarium for hours of sunshine to be enjoyed with the sun beds or dining suite with parasol. 

    The communal swimming pool is just a minutes walk away with lovely grass borders, toilets, a childrens splash pool and the main swimming pool. The pool is usually open thorughout the year. 

    The main bus stop that goes to the beach, Alicante and Santa Pola is just a 10 minute walk away. The supermarket Aldi and a large Chinese multi-store is just a 5 minutes walk away. There are also two commercial areas, Masa Square and the Gran Alacant Shoping Centre located within easy walking distance. Here you will find an array of shops and services, supermarkets and various restauarants for all tastes. 

    The beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are just a 5 minute drive with car or by bus or 35 minutes by foot.

    Masa was one of the largest contibutors to the expansion of Gran Alacant and created many popular models ranging from small apartments ideal for holidays to large detached villas with private gardens and pools. 

    Many of the different models can be found both up and down the hill and are commonly reffered to as Monte y Mar Alto (Up) and Monte y Mar Bajo (Down). Here is a brief overview of some of the models available:

    Linda and Linda with Baement - Semi Detached Villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden, driveway and private swimming pool.

    Forteleza - The largest of the villas, they are detached and come with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, around 600m of plot, a solarium and a normally a private swimming pool. 

    Torreon & Bellavista - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villas with private plots around 400sqm, solarium and typically with a private swimming pool.

    Aurora & Aurora Plus - A 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms and a solraium. The Plus model has the extra basement level which can be used as a thrid bedroom. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

    Alba & Alba Plus - 2 bedroom houses with 1 or 2 bathrooms and accommodation on two floors. The Plus model has a solarium. The properties have access to a communal swimming pool.

    Levante - Townhouses with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with a private garden and option to have a private swimming pool.

    Serena - A 2 bedroom fround floor or first floor apartment with 1 bathroom and a garden or balcony.  It has access to a communal swimming pool.

    Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.  

    Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
