This fabulous detached family sized house is located in the renowned gated community of Brisas del Faro, which has some excellent facilities including two large lagoon style communal swimming pools, a padel court and childrens playground.
The property is in a quiet street with off road parking for two vehicles, a front and rear terrace with a table, seats and parasol. Inside, the lounge/diner has two comfortable sofas, a dining suite, Smart TV, Wi-Fi high speed internet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is well equipped including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking equipment and crockery. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower and wc. Stairs lead up to the first floor which comprises of a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and wc. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom also has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a family bathroom suite with a bathtub with a shower above and a wc. A second set of stairs will take you to the roof top solarium where you can relax and enjoy the views of Alicante bay and the sea from the rattan suite with parasol or enjoy the all day sunshine on the two sun loungers. An outdoor shower is on the solarium to cool you off.
The communal swimming pools are open from 6th June until 18th September due to the need of a lifegaurd supervising. The pools are surrounded by lush greenary, grass, parasols, palm trees and sea views. Both have beach entry style access where the water level gradually increases from zero upwards as you go in. There is a childrens play area which includes swings, see-saws, a slide, football goal and a basketball net. There is also a padel court available. There are several viewing points where you can appreciate the magnificent views over the coastline from around 400m up. Locally there is a parapenting launch site for the adventurous that want to get a birds eye view of the cape and marvelous scenary.
The beaches of Carabasi and Los arenales del Sol, both Blue Flag rated for their cleanliness and facilites, are just a 5 minute drive away. Walking with take somewhat longer as it is necessary to walk 3km down the hill to get access. However there are regular buses and a tourist train that stops very closeby and can take you around the area, stopping at the different commercial areas as well as the beach.

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

The gated communities of Brisas del Faro and Olivo del Oro share this wonderful tropical communal swimming pool, a padel court, playground, basketball/football area as well as viewing points of the sea and entrances.
There is a range of models from 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, terraced houses and detached houses. Some enjoy excellent sea views and of the coastline.
The communal pool has grassed borders with tropical trees, a walk-in pool on one level and a larger pool on the lower level. There is plenty of communal parking if you do not have a drive.
Located closeby is the departure and landing strip for paragliding so you will regulary see the gliders as they glide past and around the cape.
Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.
Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.
