Superb Country Villa with Private Pool
Are you looking for a large traditional country house for this year’s vacation? This wonderful example could be your perfect holiday home. This spacious four bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and beautiful gardens to make the most of the weather.
It has air con in the lounge and ALL 4 bedrooms and wi-fi internet.It also has TV channels, Movies and Series in Spanish, English, French, German, Dutch, Scandinavian and more.
Located just 10 minutes from the beaches of Santa Pola and just 2km from Las Bayas town, the property is in a great location for those who want to have more space and privacy. An automatic car gate opens to a large driveway with parking for several vehicles or a caravan. Around the property are mature trees and plants with a fenced in border. Artificial grass surrounded the stunning swimming pool with a water jet feature for massages. There are six sun loungers with parasols as well as a patio set to use around the pool area. To the rear of the property is the brick built barbecue with seating for several people, ideal for a family reunion. A swing chair hides under the vines in the shade making an ideal space to relax.
The south side of the property has a large covered terrace for when you wish to dine outside but in the shade. From here patio doors lead into an intimate lounge/diner with a TV, the hallway communicates to the bedrooms and rooms on the ground floor including a spacious open plan kitchen which includes, an American style fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and cooking equipment; a family bathroom with tub and shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, another double bedroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine. A curved stairwell leads you up to the master bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, en-suite open plan bathroom with a shower and tub, air conditioning and a large balcony. The balcony has several seats and benefits from open views over the gardens and the countryside.
The property has air conditioning in the main kitchen/living room and all four bedrooms. There are also portable fans and radiators for all bedrooms and a chimney in the main living room. There is wi-fi internet in the property.
The local town of Las Bayas, which is around a 20 minutes’ walk from the house, offers a selection of services including a Hiperber supermarket, a baker, restaurants and cafes.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
