Located in the quaint town of San Fulgencio is a spacious three bedroom apartment for long term rent.
Located just short distance from the town square is this first floor apartment. Access is via two sets of stairs to the front door in a communal hallway.
Upon entering, you have a reception hallway, a seperate lounge/dining room with four seater sofa, an armchair, a dining table with six chairs, a wall cabinet, a television and a door to the balcony. Here you can enjoy some fresh air from the garden seat.
The large kitchen/breakfast room also has a sitting area with a sofa and television. The kitchen has a wall of cupboards for plenty of storage. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and a gas hot water boiler.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and side tables. There is a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with a wash basin, wc and a bath tub with a shower above. Along the hallway, which has several book shelves, you arrive at the second bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe, a third bedroom with a single bed, large wardrobe, desk and air conditioning unit. There is also a second bathroom with a wash basin, wc and shower.
The town of San Fulgencio has many amenities including a medical centre, sports complex with a swimming pool, schools, a theatre, shops, cafes and restauarants. The beach is just a 10 minute drive away.
