The stairwell leads up to the second floor where you will find a master bedroom with a south facing balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and balcony, a third bedroom with a single bed and desk and built-in wardrobe, a study complete with a desk, shelving, safe and internet router, a family bathroom with tub and shower above. On the fourth floor is a large open plan room which could serve as a fourth bedroom or gynasium/hobby room with access to the solarium terrace with marvelous open views. There is air conditioning throughout the first and second floor for cooling and heating.
The community has a children´s playground and a large swimming pool with a splash pool and showers.
Just a short distance from the property is a Carrefour supermarket with an extensive range of products. The bus station and bi-weekly market a just a 5 minutes walk away and the centre of town and beach around 15 minutes walking.
Alicante/Elche airport is within easy acces and located just 10 minutes drive away but cant be heard. Alicante city and Elche city are both approximately 20 minutes drive away.
There are several wonderful beaches located close by and many excellent restaurants and sites to visit in the area.
