This superb holiday home is beautifully presented inside and out and enjoys open views over the communal swimming pool. Complete with air condtioning throughout, a roof top solarium and within a few minutes walk of the Consum square shopping centre, this makes an ideal holiday home!
The 3 bedroom bungalow has a west facing front garden with a table and chairs, a barbecue, an outside shower, a driveway for one car, a covered seating area in the shade, a raised terrace with views to the pool. Inside, is a comfortbale and welcoming living room with a large chaise longue sofa, a dining suite, a Smart TV with Spanish and British TV channels, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and views of the communa pool. The second bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The bathroom has been refitted and has a walk-in shower, a wash basin and wc.
The kitchen is beautifully stylized with retro fittings and appliances. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The utility area has a washing machine, dryer and an auxiliary fridge. Stairs lead up to the solarium for all day sunshine and open views over the communal swimming pool and gardens towards the mountains. Here you can relax in the sun on the sun beds or dine under the parasol with the dining suite.
At just a few minutes walk you find the Consum square shopping centre with supermarket, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop just under 10 minutes walk away.
The beach of La Marina is one of the best in the province with natural sand dunes, Mediterranean pines and a selection of beach bars and restauarants. Buses run frequently in the summer or it is just a few minutes by car.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
