This holiday home has been lovingly renovated with attention to detail and comfort, making it a true haven for guests seeking a peaceful and stylish holiday experience.

The house has its own private swimming pool with plenty of terrace space around for you to enjoy the sunshine and dine alfresco. There is a large table with chairs under a sweeping sail giving some shade from the summer sun, as well as several reclining chairs around the pool. An outdoor shower is on a featured wall ideal for before you swim or to freshen up after a day at the beach.

A bank of seats has been installed to one side making a great chill out area. In the raised porch is another wonderful outdoor space for morning coffee or evening drinks giving you an elevated view over the pool and garden.

Inside, the spacious open plan living room and kitchen has plenty of light and has been stylishly furnished. There is a large chaise longue sofa, two modern armchairs, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a breakfast bar with stools. The kicthen has integrated appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, a washing machine, plates, cutelry and cooking equipment.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The refitted bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a wash basin and wc.

Guests can also make use of the large roof top solarium for all day sunshine. The property also has access to a large communal swimming pool which includes a children's splash pool, a main pool, showers and grass borders with palm trees that is located just a two minute walk away.

The Consum shopping center is just a few minutes walk away (350m) where you can find a large supermarket, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop around 10 minutes walking distance.

The marvelous beach at La Marina is a 7 minute drive away where you can enjoy the fabulous unspolit sandy beach dunes and clear waters. There are several great beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a refreshment or dine by the sea.

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7^th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
