This superbly presented family holiday home is located right next to the communal swimming pool!
This stunning house has a corner plot private garden with plenty of afternoon sunshine where you can enjoy dining al fresco with the barbecue and recline in the sun lounger. The automatic gate offers parking for one car or you can leave it on the road close by. Steps lead up to the shadey and cool porch with a table and chairs, ideal for a respite from the summer sun. The open plan living room is spacious and is well furnished with a chaise lounge sofa, Smart TV (with international TV channels in English, Spanish, French, German, Scandianavian, and more), a dining suite, wi-fi fibre optic internet, a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and cooking equipment.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a third bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower and wc. Stairs will take you up to the master bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, two built-in wardrobes, a private balcony and private en-suite bathroom with tub with shower above. There is also an ample solarium with two sun beds and a parasol.
The property has air conditioning hot and cold in all the rooms.
The communal swimming pool is located adjacent to the property and comprises of a large swimming pool, a childrens pool, terraces with fixed parasols and showers. It is open throughout the year from 9am to 9pm (subject to change).
Just a short 10 minute walk away is a large shopping centre with a supermarket, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, the tourist information centre and a bus stop. From here you can catch the summer beach bus service that runs hourly. The natural beaches of La Marina and El Pinet are just 6km (7 minutes) by car.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
