This delightful detached house is located a few minutes walk from the main parade of shops in Urb. La Marina but on a quiet side road. The property has a good sized private garden with a driveway for two cars, a garage with workbench and terraces front and back. There is space for a small free standing pool to be erected if you wanted. Steps lead to the front door and the living room with sofa and armchair, TV and air conditioning. There is an open plan refitted kitchyen with a gas range and electric oven, the master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, the second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning, the bathroom has a wc and walk-in shower. From the kitchen you enter a second reception room used as a dining room with the washing machine and gas hot water boiler in the corner. From here you have access to the rear terrace and the garage.
Just a few minutes walk will lead to the bars, restauarants, supermarket and bus stop as well as other amenities on the Avenida de Londres road. The beach is just a 7 minute drive away to the beautiful natural coast with rolling dunes and beach bars.
