A great little house with open views over a lush green area. The property is in a quiet location but within walking distance of amenities at the Consum square and not far from the Medical Centre commercial area.
It has a good sized front terrace with an awning, a living room with a dining suite and a space for a sofa which the owner could provide, an American style kitchen with appliances and gas hob (no oven), a single bedroom (with the option of bunk beds), a master bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Ideal property for a single person, a couple or even a small family. The house is being rented furnished. Plenty of car parking in front or closeby to the property.

Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
