This three bedroom semi-detached house is in a great central location being just a few minutes walk from the Consum square and grey area comercial areas with lots of amenities. The property is also just a few metres away from the stunning communal swimming pool with large grass gardens to enjoy, showers, a childrens splash pool and the large swimming pool.
The property has a spacious front terrace with a large awning for shade and space to park a car as well as for dining al fresco with the barbecue. There is more seating on the porche. Inside is a lounge/dining room with air conditioning, a fan and chimney. The master bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a single bed, a small wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a tub with shower above. The kitchen has been remodeled and has several appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The utility room houses a washing machine and has steps leading up to a glazed second reception room. From here you have access to a solarium terrace with views.
The wonderful natural beaches on La Marina are just 5km (7 minutes by car). The airport of Alicante is just 25 minutes by car.
