  • This beautifully presented 2 bedroom holiday home could be the ideal place to stay for your next trip! 

    Located next to a wonderful communal swimming pool, in a quiet road, this south facing property ticks lots of boxes. The private garden has space for parking, although there is plenty of free parking in the street nearby. The terrace is ample and has a large table for six, shade with a parasol, a barbecue for real home cooking, and mature plants and trees for privacy. 

    Stairs lead up to the front porch with two reclining chairs, with awnings for shade where you can appreciate a view to the hills. The living room is striking with its modern furniture, having a comfortable sofa, large Smart TV and a dining suite for four. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and utencils. The utility room has a microwave, washing machine and hot water boiler. 

    There is a bedroom and bathroom located on the groundfloor. The bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a TV with some applications. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and wc.

    The stairwell leads to the first floor where you have access to a solarium terrace with two recling chairs and a parasol. The master bedroom is also located on this floor with a double bed, Smart TV, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower above, and a balcony. 

    The property has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. There is Wi-Fi internet in the property.

    The communal swimming pool is open all year round and is located adjacent to the property. There is a large swimming pool, a childrens splash pool, showers and a spacious terrace with parasols.

    There is a shopping centre located just 1km away, around 10 minutes walk, where you have a large supermarket, shops, cafes, bars, restuarants, buses to the beach (in the summer) and other towns and the tourist information office.

    The stunning natural beaches of La Marina are less than 10 minutes away (6km) by car. Buses run regular in the summer.  

    * IMPORTANT NOTICE *

    Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June. 

     

  • Urb La Marina

    The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. 

    This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees.  There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants.  There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.

    There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.

    There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.

    The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
