The property is located within a few minutes of commercial areas where you can find several varieties of bars, restuarants, shops and supermarkets.

The property comprises of a front garden with brick built barbecue, terrace and plant borders. Three steps lead up to a glazed winter terrace ideal for enjoying the winter sun. The lounge with an American style kitchen offers an open plan living room with air conditioning and log fire chimney. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and modern fridge/freezer. The master bedroom is a good size with a canopy base for extra storage, the second bedroom has a sofa bedroom and wardrobe which could be used as a study or guest bedroom. The bathroom has a full size tub, shower above, 80 litre electric hot water boiler, sink with cupboard below and a wc. To the rear there is a dressing room with two large wardrobes and the washing machine. The communal swimming pool is just a few metres away and has a shower and childrens play pool. The beautiful natural beaches of La Marina are just a 10 minute drive away or a short trip on the bus.
