The property is located in the quiet and central location in Parque del Duero, being just a 10 minute walk to three comercial areas each having bars, restauarants and amenities. As you approach you will notice that there is plenty of space around the property, leaving plenty of parking for you and the neighbours. Opposite the house is a lovely enclosed garden that the property can use with seating. The properties front terrace is very private wth high walls, steps lead up to a raised terrace with open views. The southerly orientation means you have nearly all day sunshine to the front.

Upon enetering the property, you find a welcoming lounge with sofa, air conditioning, TV and a refitted attractive kitchen that includes a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffe maker, as well as cooking equipment and crockery. A hallway leads to the second bedroom with twin single beds and a wardrobe, the master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the bathroom has been modernised with a walk-in shower, wc and basin.

Applicants should be able to provide proof of a regular fixed income and ideally a letter of reference from a previous landlord or agency.
