This delightful end of terrace 1 bedroom house is available for long term rent in Urb. La Marina.
The property has a private front garden with steps leading to the front door and a small storage cupboard with washing machine. Inside, is a open paln living room with kitchen that includes a sofa, coffee table, folding dining table with folding chairs, an aluminium storage cupboard, sideboard with TV on top, a kitchen with fridge/freezer, a gas hob and plenty of cupboards, The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc, wash basin with cupboard below and a window. The bedroom is a good size and gets plenty of natural light. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, patio doors out to a rear south facing balcony. From here you get hours of sunshine and views of the countryside.
There is plenty of free parking next to the property. The house is only connect to one neighbour.
The local amenities are just a 10 minute walk away (600m) where you can find a supermarket, bus stop, doctors, shops, cafes, bars and restauarants.

Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
