This lovely detached villa has accoommodation all on one level making it suitable for families of all ages. The spacious gardens have plenty of terrace space where you can enjoy the warm weather, either reclining on one of the several sun loungers or dining on the patio funiture surrounding the 8x4m private swimming pool. There is a private driveway for one or two vehicles as well as free on street parking. Leading into the property is the large glazed porch, with doors and windows that can be opened, that creates a second reception room to relax in the shade or have lunch out of the heat of the sun.
A hallway leads to an ample lounge with comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a Smart TV with Wi-Fi internet. The separate kitchen is a good size and comes well equipped including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ketlle and coffee maker as well as cooking pots, frying pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. From the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine and stairs leading up to a solarium roof top terrace with four chairs and a table.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom with basin, wc and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe with drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, a bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with a basin, wc and a walk in shower.
The property is located just a 10 minute walk (1km) from a large shopping centre with Consum supermarket, shops and a great range of cafes, bars and restaurants, many with evening entertainment. Urb. La Marina has several commercial areas with a varied selection of eateries, bars and services all within around 20 minutes walking distance.
The beautiful sandy beach of La Marina are just a 10 minute drive away (6km) where you will find some of the best protected beaches of the province. Surrounded by Mediterranean pines and sand dunes this expanse of fine sandy shores have a few resident cafes and restauarants where you can enjoy lunch frontline to the sea. In the summer there are also Chiringuito beach bars and water sport hire companies for refreshments and fun.

Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.

Urb La Marina
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
