The property has a private driveway for one car, front terrace with a raton sofa set and automatic awning overlooking the elegant seamless swimming pool. Large glazed doors open from the lounge allowing it a flowing living space from indoors to outside. The living room has a modern kicthen with appliances including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker; which overlooks the dining suite and large sofa with smart TV. Also located on the ground floor is a separate wc, a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom and also has patio doors leading out to the front garden.

The contempory staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a large terrace with two sun loungers, a second bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes, a thrid bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, both have access to a Jack'n'Jill bathroom.

The property benefits from a central air conditioning system with hot and cold options and Wi-Fi fibre optic internet.

The proeprty is located in the district of Urb. Oasis, south-west of Urb. La Marina in direction of San Fulgencio. It is just a short 12 minute walk to the shopping centre with bars, restuarants, a supermarket, bank, cafes and a main bus stop where the beach bus runs from in the summer.

There is a large park with a football pitch and playgrounds and seating that is open on Sundays for locals to use for barbecues.

The beach of La Marina is just over 10 minutes away by car and offer some of the most natural sandy beaches with Mediterranean pines and beach bars and restauarants.

Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7^th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
