The spacious garden has a large 8m x 4m private gated swimming pool, a large sun terrace with four sun loungers, a gazebo with stone seating and dining table adjoining the barbecue, and a long driveway with automatic gate. A covered porch is the ideal spot to relax in the shade with a chill out patio set.

Inside, the property has a bright and airy living room with high ceilings with feature ceiling beams. There is a L-shaped sofa, coffee table, large Smart TV, WI-FI internet, a dining table with six chairs and air conditioning. The open plan quality kitchen has recently been refitted and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, a toaster and comes well equipped with cooking equipment. Via the back door there is a utility room with a washing machine and clothes horse.

On the ground floor, the property has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, wc and basin.

Stairs lead up to a the first floor landing with a viewing gallery over the living room area that leads to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and access to a large balcony with a table and chairs.

The Consum square shopping centre, where you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are less than ten minutes walk away (300m).

There are also two other commercial areas with more services located around 10 minutes walk away. The bus stop that goes to the beach in the summer is around 6 minutes walk away (500m).

The stunning natural beaches of La Marina are just 10 minutes by car where you will find kilometres of sandy beaches amidst pine forests. During the summer months there are beach bars, sun beds and lifeguards services.
