A traditional comfortable three bedroomed villa sleeping up to 5 people, with a private swimming pool and plenty of outside area to enjoy some sunbathing.
Villa Michelle is in a really convenient location on La Marina urbanisation, and less then a 20 minutes walk to Consum Square and all other main restaurant/supermarket areas on the urbanisation.
When you arrive at Villa Michelle which is situated off the main road in a private cul de sac, there is a parking space with access to all the outside areas of the villa.
You enter into the separate light well equipped kitchen, which has a full sized oven, separate electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
From the kitchen, you enter the spacious living room which has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, with UK television channels, WI-FI, it is also equipped with a ceiling fan and Air conditioning unit.
At the opposite end is the dining area, with table and chairs that overlooks the swimming pool area. The dining area also leads out on the elevated terrace also overlooking the pool area and is a fantastic area to have evening drinks watching the sun go down in the evening.
There is also another door leading from the dining area down some steps to the pool area.
From the living area you enter the inner hall which provides access to all the bedrooms and family shower room.
The master bedroom is on the left, and has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. This also has an air conditioning unit.
The second double bedroom has a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The third bedroom has a single bed chest of drawers.
The recently renovated shower room has a full walk in shower, toiler and modern hand basin with storage under.
Next to the pool area is a under build that houses the washing machine, and also a fridge to store cool drinks while outside. There is also a convenient toilet here to use whilst outside.
Outside there is a the lovely large swimming pool, with an outside table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining and sunbeds to relax in around the pool.
* IMPORTANT NOTICE *
Due to the new legal decree, el Decreto-Ley del Consell 9/2024, from 7th August 2024, it will no longer be possible to rent to the same guests for more than 10 consecutive days. Therefore, we will only be able to accept bookings with a minimum of 7 to 10 nights for the months of July and August, and from a minimum of 5 nights to 10 nights from September to June.
