This beautifully presented two bedroom apartment has plenty of sunshine on its southerly facing balcony where you can enjoy the sea view. It is located just a five minute walk from the stunning coves and beaches of Santiago Bernabéu where you can enjoy walks along the promenade and sample the local fresh cuisines.
The property in sitauted within a gated community with non-allocated community parking, attractive communal gardens with ramps for easy access, an entrance lobby with stairs and a lift. The property comprises of a hallway, an ample bathroom with shower, a separate well equipped kitchen with a communicating archway for light and socializing, a laundry room with dishwasher, a master bedroom with wardrobe and a double bed, a second bedroom with a wardrobe and twin beds, a lounge/diner with air conditioning, TV and internet, sofa and dining suite, a balcony with table and chairs and awnings for shade.
There is a supermarket and shops located around 350m away at the Pola Max shopping centre and the town centre is just 10 minutes walking distance where you will find an array of shops, bars restuarants in and around the square and the port.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
