A lovely spacious three bedroomed villa sleeping up to 8 people, with a private swimming pool and a large outside garden to three sides of the villa, a large pool and a great area to enjoy some sunbathing, as well as a decked area with BBQ and outside sink with a large table and chairs. The property has a pool heater being installed this winter 2023 ready for 2024! Meaning you can enjoy a warm swim all year round!
Villa Yolanda is in a really central location on La Marina urbanisation, and less than a 10 minutes’ walk to Consum Square and only 5-20 minutes’ walk to all the other main areas on the urbanisation, and this means it’s a fantastic location for your holiday
When you arrive at Villa Yolanda, you enter the villa through the driveway gates, there is parking on the driveway for a standard sized car, but also plenty of parking in parking designated areas right outside on the road.
The front of the villa has a covered terrace with a small sofa and chair for you to sit out of the sun, you enter the villa through the enclosed porch and then into the main living area.
The lounge area has a large corner suite which comfortably seats 6 people, a coffee table and smart TV with all you need to relax in the evening, there is a firepalce for the cooler months.
The living area also has an air con unit.
The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar, and has a wide range of units, an electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and you will also find a electric orange juicer and blender in the cupboards.
There is a dishwasher on the covered terrace outside the kitchen accessed from the dining room.
From the kitchen you can enter the large dining room/4th bedroom overlooking the pool. The quality sofa bed has a fully sprung 18cm deep mattress for up to two guests. There is also a large wood dining table and oak chairs, with a sideboard with lots of plates and serving dishes for you to use. There is also a shelving unit which has plenty of glasses for you to use. The dining room also has an air con unit.
From the living area you are able to access hallway to the twin bedroom, the main bathroom and master bedroom with large ensuite shower room.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside chest of drawers and larger chest of drawer and built-in wardrobe. The bedroom has the benefit of air conditioning and mosquito blinds.
The main bathroom has a bath, with shower over, toilet and sink with storage under, as well as a bidet.
The master double bedroom had a lovely white metal bed, with two chests of drawers and larger chest of drawer, and built in wardrobe. This bedroom has the benefit of mosquito blinds and air conditioning.
From the master bedroom is the ensuite shower room, with sink and drawers underneath for storage, a large walk-in shower area. The washing machine is also situated in here.
The third double bedroom which is perfect for a a quiet morning dip in the swimming pool, is accessed from the outside of the villa and also has access through an open walkway to the ensuite. The bedroom has a large king size bed, two bedside drawer units, and a large chest of drawers. There is a excellent quiet ceiling fan in this bedroom, air conditioning and a door mosquito blind.
From the dining room, you can access the pool area of the garden, which has a covered area with a lovely sofa and two chairs for you to just chill and enjoy the outside, as well as sunbeds around the large pool.
There is a decking area with a partially covered pergola, here is the charcoal BBQ and workspace area for you to be able to cook al fresco and enjoy your dinner on the large table and chairs in the evening sun.
There is a large garden to the front, and side with another quiet terrace at the front of the dining accessed from the door at the front overlooking the garden.
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
