This lovely modern holiday home has excellent open views over the countryside giving you the peace and quiet of a country escape whilst being just a five-minute walk to the shopping centre and services.
Having an easterly orientation, the property has plenty of morning and early afternoon sunshine on its front terrace and balcony and afternoon sun on the smaller rear terrace. There is a patio dining set for four people with a parasol for shade on the front terrace and a sun lounger on the porch.
The lounge has a sofa and two armchairs (IMPORTANT – the sofa shown will not be in the property but a two-seater with two armchairs will be in its place), a raised dining table with four stools, a TV with internet wi-fi and air conditioning unit. The separate kitchen has plenty of cupboard and workspace and comes well equipped with cooking equipment and appliances such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and water filter. The utility room houses a washing machine, electric hot water boiler and door to the rear terrace. There is a guest shower/wc on the ground floor.
The stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower/wc, and a balcony with views. The second bedroom has twin single beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. There is a third bathroom on this level with a tub with shower above and wc.
Just a short walk away is the large communal swimming pool with a children’s splash pool, a main swimming pool, terraces with benches and parasols. Also available to use is a children’s playground area and a shaded seating area in the communal grounds.
The Gran Alacant Central Commercial shopping centre is only a five minute walk away (200m) where you will find most of your amenities that you will need including: Mercadona, Lydl and Consum supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, bars, restaurants, shops and a main bus stop to go to the beach, Alicante or Santa Pola.
The beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales de Sol are a 5 minute drive away or a 40 minute walk. These are some of the best beaches in Spain with Blue Flag rating for cleanliness and facilities.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
