A lovely three bedroom semi-detached house has a private 4x5m swimming pool, as well as use of two communal swimming pools and a large roof top solarium with views over the countryside.
The property comprises of a garden with a private swimming pool and terrace, stairs lead up to a porch with a table and seating for two with open views of a green area in front. Entering the property you find the liviong room with two sofas, a dining area, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi internet. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom has twin beds with a wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower above. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Stairs lead up from the galeria to the roof top solarium for all day sunshine where you have plenty of funiture for dining and relaxing. There is also a large scrolling awning for shade. There is a gas barbecue that you can use for cooking on the terrace al fresco!
There are two large communal swimming pools close by. Both have grass gardens with trees and sun beds, showers, a childrens splash pool and large swimming pool.
There are plenty of great bars, restauarants and services within a 10 minute walk of the property going uphill.
The local beach of La Marina is a 10 minute drive away or you can get a bus from Avenida de Londres. The beach is very beautiful with natural sand dunes, lifeguards and a few beach bars for refreshments.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
