This delightful first floor apartment is located just a few minutes away from the main shopping centre in Gran Alacant, therefore giving you access to lots of amenities and the buses but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility in the sun. The property comprises of a front west facing balcony for afternoon sunshine with a table and four chairs, a living room with a sofa bed, dining suite, TV and wi-fi internet, air conditioning, a separate kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and cooking equipment, a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, a second bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a tub and shower above, spiral stairs leading from the kitchen lead you up to the large roof top solarium for all day sunshine! Here there are two sun loungers, a table with chairs and a parasol.
Just accross the road is the communal swimming pool with a childrens splash pool which is open all year. Next to this is a small children playground. There is also an allocated parking space in a community parkign area within a short distance of the property. The air conditioning functions as heating and cooling.
The beautiful Blue Flag beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are just a 5 minute drive away.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
