This three bedroom semi-detached house is in a great central location being just a few minutes walk from the Consum square and grey area comercial areas with lots of amenities. The property is also just a few metres away from the stunning communal swimming pool with large grass gardens to enjoy, showers, a childrens splash pool and the large swimming pool.
The property has a spacious front terrace with a large awning for shade and space to park a car as well as for dining al fresco with the barbecue. There is more seating on the porche. Inside is a lounge/dining room with air conditioning, a fan and chimney. The master bedroom has a double bed with built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan. The thrid bedroom has a single bed, a small warobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a tub with shower above. The kitchen has been remodeled and has several appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The utility room houses a washing machine and has steps leading up to a glazed second reception room. From here you have access to a solarium terrace with views.
The wonderful natural beaches on La Marina are just 5km (7 minutes by car). The airport of Alicante is just 25 minutes by car.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
