Located within a quiet gated community, this first floor apartment has access to a large roof top solarium with panoramic views. The property comprises of a small front terrace, private front door opening on to a stairwell that leads you up to the first floor. A door opens on to the lounge with two sofas, a TV, wi-fi internet, a ceiling fan and air conditioning, the open plan design flows into a kitchen dining room with a well equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. There are some lovely views of the pine forrest from the kitchen window. The hallways will take you to the master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobre, a ceiling fan and air conditioning, the second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed above, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and dual aspect windows with more beautiful pine tree views. There is a good sized bathroom suite with a walk-in shower and bidet. From the lounge, you gain access to the balcony with a dining suite. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace which will be secured with extra fencing for added security as well as patio funiture once it is rented.
The property gets lots of light all day as it has windows on two elevations and lots of views. Just a few metres away is the communal swimming pool with a childrens splash pool, terrace and artificial grass areas with umbrellas.
There is a medium sized supermarket with a very good range of products located close by and is open every day during the summer. Other amenities such as restauarants, bars, shops and buses are all within a few minutes walk.
The beach of Carabasi is approximately 20 minutes down hill or a bus can drop you off and bring you back at the bus stop a few minutes away. The beaches are beautifully presented, with boardwalks leading down over the pine trees and dunes to the coast. Very natural and Blue Flag rated for their cleanliness and facilities.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
