This property, model Julia, is located in a quiet road within a 5-minute walk of amenities. Having an easterly orientation, the house has sunshine from morning until late into the afternoon on its garden and roof top terrace.
The raised walls give you added privacy and the garden has space for parking for one car, a terrace with a dining suite with parasol, space for children to play and a raised covered porch ideal for enjoying coffee and a book in the shade.
All the accommodation is on the ground floor making this property suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. The lounge/dining room with two sofas, a dining suite, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV with Spanisha and International channels and wi-fi internet. The master bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single wardrobe and chest of draws and a ceiling fan, the third bedroom has twin beds with a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. There is a family bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The separate kitchen comes well equipped for cooking and appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. From the utility room, stairs lead up to the solarium where you can enjoy the sunshine on the four sun beds provided or under the shade of the parasol at the dining table. The proeprty also benefits from having mosquito nets on the windows.
Just a few minutes stroll and you arrive at the communal swimming pool with its lush grass border and trees. There is a large pool, a children’s splash pool, showers and benches.
The local shopping centre just 500m away has a large supermarket, a bank, several bars and some excellent restaurants.
The closest beach is located just over 5km away (10 minutes drive) where you can experience some of the most natural and clean beaches in the province. A forest of Mediterranean pine trees hugs the coastline that lead to beautiful sand dunes and the sea. There is a bar/café on the beach with life guard services in the summer. Further along towards the beach of El Pinet are more restaurants and cafes with stunning frontline sea views.
The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality.
This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days.
There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332.
There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex.
The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
