This the ideal holiday home for you and your family! The property has all day sunshine on its southerly facing terraces, has four bedrooms, has access to a wonderful communal pool with facilities and is centrally located to amenites!
The property is located in Altomar I which offers a lagoon style communal swimming pool with a childrens splash pool, surrounded by large tropical gardens with grass borders making it a piece of paradise on your doorstep! Leading from the pool area are the toilets, a picnic area, children's play park, an excersie area, a tennis/basketball court and a petanca pitch.
The property comprises of an intimate private front terrace with a gazebo for shade and surrounded by fruit trees and jazmin flowers. Steps lead up to the front porch with two chairs and a table ideal for the morning coffee. The front door opens onto the living room with two sofas and the televsion in the right handside and the dining table with eight chairs in the centre. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans to cool you in the warmer months. The seperate kitchen comes well equipped for cooking and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The utility room has plenty of storage and houses the washing machine and gas hot water boiler. There is also a shower/wc located on the ground floor.
Stairs take you up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower/wc and a balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has twin beds, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe. There is a family bathroom with tub and shower above on this floor.
On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, a chest of drawers and access to the solarium terrace with pleasant views towards to pool area.
There is generally plenty of unallocated parking spaces in the street. Shops, bars, restuarants and services can be found just a few minutes walk in either direction. From the main bus stop, around 5 minutes walk away, you can take the bus to Santa Pola or to the beach and on to Alicante city.
The local beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are some of the best in the area with kilometres of natural dunes, mediterranean pines and sandy coastline. During the summer there are plenty of beach bars and water sport activities.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
