From the living room, patio doors lead out to a covered balcony with a patio set. Stairs lead up to the large roof top solarium where you can appreciate the panoramic sea views from another patio set or enjoy the all day sunshine on the two sun beds.  

The community has three wonderful swimming pools that you can use. The closest is just a two minute walk away where you will find a large pool with a childrens splash pool, grass borders with umbrella shades and palm trees. All three offer similar facilities. There are also communal parking spaces available, with a parking area directly in front of the property giving you easy access.   

The property is located on Avenida Escandinavia which has a variety of restuarants, bars, shops, bus stops and services making it a very convenient location. The beach is just 2km away, a half hour walk down a hill but just a 2 minute drive away. The tourist train and municipal bus run a regular service close by that can take you around Gran Alacant and drop you off close to the beach.
