Whether you are keen golfers or not, this superb apartment would make an ideal holiday home to remember, with stunning open views from its large balcony and a fabulous communal swimming pool, this property is great for a family or couple to enjoy and relax.
The property is located in the renowned golf resort of Bonalba Golf with its exceptional course and beautiful sea views. The area has several bars and restaurants and a local bus commuting to Mutxamel and the city of Alicante. The stunning beaches of El Campello are just 15 minutes by car where you can explore the sweeping bay with its bustling restaurants along the promenade and marina.
This modern apartment is on the first floor, served with a lift from its private allocated garage space. Once inside you will find a compact but well-designed kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has a sink with cupboard below equipped with a hairdryer, a toilet and a walk-in shower cubicle with a large shower head above and a handset. The second bedroom has a single bed with a second pull out single bed and an open hanging rail with shelves. The master bedroom has a double bed with views, built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the balcony. The living room has a dining area, a sofa for two people, a television, a wi-fi internet router and doors leading out to the balcony. The large south-easterly facing balcony has plenty of space with a table and four chairs for dining and a second smaller table with twin chairs perfect for enjoying the view over the golf course to the sea.
The property has a ceiling fan in the lounge and both bedrooms as well as air conditioning in the lounge which will cool or heat the property.
The large communal swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off and have some fun. At just a short walk away, the lagoon style pool has grass borders with parasols, palm trees and a children’s splash pool. If the kids still have energy to burn, then there is also a children´s playground available to use.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
