What a great place for you and the family to enjoy your holidays this year! Having open views on three levels over an attractive square with gardens and a large communal swimming pool.
The property has a nice shadey front terrace for a little respite from the sun where you can enjoy a barbecue and dine on the patio furniture. Upon entering the property you find a welcoming living room with a dining suite, sofa and armchair, large smart TV with international channels including: British teresterial, satellite, sports, series and movies, Spanish, French, German, Scandinavian and more! The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and cooking equipement. The utility room houses the fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is a shower/wc locatd on the ground floor. Stairs lead down to a lower level which stay insulated and cooler for the summer months. Here you will find a second sitting room with a smart TV with international channels, a dining suite and a double bed with wardrobe.
On the first floor of the house is a master bedroom, with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and balcony with views over the pool area. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a full suite includding a bath tub with a shower above. A staircase takes you up to the roof top solarium where you can basque in the all day sunshine, taking in the rays on one of the two sun beds or relaxing in the shade under the overhanging parasol. There is a shower to cool you off and refresh you. From here you can appreciate some excellent panoramic views over the pool, to the sea and the mountains beyond.
There is air conditioning in the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and third bedroom (cold and hot features). There is also fibre optic Wi-Fi internet in the property.
The communal swimming pool is limited to the properties on the square and has large grass garden with palm trees and sun shades, a children's splash pool and a large swimming pool. The pool is open throughout the year and from morning until night time.
Just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) and you will encounter a parade of shops and services including banks, shops, bars, cafes, restuarants and a bus stop to go down to the beach and Alicante or back toward the shopping centre and Santa Pola. The stunning natural beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales del Sol are 1km down the hill where you will find Blue Flag quality beaches with sand dunes, boardwalks and beach bars.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
