This stunning villa has an abundance of space where you can make the most of the outside living! Huge terraces wrap around its large private swimming pool where you can have a dip and recline on a sunbed, later lunch in the shade in the covered summer kitchen with barbecue and later at night, a drink around the fire pit to watch the stars.
This villa would make any families trip one to remember. The property comprises of a private driveway and garage. A spacious terraced garden plant borders, a large private swimming pool with stools in the shallow end. There are six sun loungers with parasols and side tables adjacent to the pool. The summer kitchen has a gas hob, sink and worktop for food preparation. There is also a gas barbecue and large table with chairs for six people. The chill out area has cushions on its fixed seating and a fire pit/table at its centre. Sn external staircase leads up to the roof top solarium with more patio furniture and panoramic views over the neighbouring area.
The porch has a ratton suite where you can cool off in the shade and overlook the pool area. Going inside you will find an ample living room with a large corner sofa and tabel with four stools. The smart TV has international channels and there is Wi-Fi internet. The open plan kitchen is modern and includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. It comes well equipped with cooking equipment, cutlery and plates, etc. From here you can access a utility room with a second fridge/freezer, washing machine and rear door.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedrooms has a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and mirror. The third bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a sofa. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bath tub with a shower attachment above.
There is cold and hot air conditioning in the living room and all three bedrooms.
There is a parade of shops, banks, restaurants, bars, cafes, a supermarket and bus stop at just over 20 minutes walking distance in Urb. La Marina. The beautiful natural beaches of La Marina are just 3.5km (7 minutes) by car!
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
