The communal swimming pool and surrounding gardens have stunning panoramic sea views.
This beautifully presented first floor property comprises of a large open plan living room with a long comfortable sofa, a smart television, a dining table for eight persons, a refitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and cooking equipment.
From the dining area is a private balcony with seating that has some lovely views over the communal gardens.
The master bedroom (which is accessed via the second bedroom) has a double bed, a smart television, two chests of drawers and an en-suite shower/wc, the second bedroom a double bed and wardrobe space, the third bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with a shower and wc.
The property has high speed wi-fi internet and air conditioning in the lounge and in the master bedroom. The apartment also benefits from fly screens on the windows and the use of a lift.
The apartment is within a gated community which offers undesignated parking spaces, a basketball court and tennis court. There are mature lush gardens with seating and the communal swimming pool has grass and terraced borders and wonderful sea views and of the bay of Alicante. There is a large swimming pool and a small childrens splash pool. There are a few restauarants and cafes located within the community as well as many more on the main road.
The stunning beaches of Carabasi and Los Arenales are just 2.3km (around 5 minutes by car or 35 minutes walk). There is a municipal bus service and tourist train that can take you from the nearby property to the beach and other commercial centres around Gran Alacant.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
