This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom quad style house is located in a quiet cu-de-sac and just a few minutes walk from a large comercial centre with supermarket and amenities. The proeprty has a garden with barbecue, driveway, modern furnishings, TV with international channels, Wi-fi internet, a balcony and air conditioning throughout. The communal swimming pool is just 15 metres away and the beach just 10 minutes by car.
The property comprises of a private paved garden, with a southerly sunny aspect, fruit trees and a outside dining set with parasol. There is an off road parking space for one car.
The covered porch with seating offers a great place to relax in the shade.
Inside, the modern living room has a sofa, large HD smart TV with international channels, series and movies in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch and Scandinavian languages. The high speed fibre optic wi-fi internet is available to use to stream your own programming or to stay connected.
The separate kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and cooking equipement. A door leads from the kitchen to the garden making serving food easier.
There is a ground floor bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe which could be great for elderly guests. There is a bathroom also on the ground floor with a shower and wc.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a large balcony with two sun loungers. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has a bath tub with a shower above, a bidet and wc and basin.
The solarium is NOT currently in use.
The property has air conditioning in the lounge and all three bedrooms to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The lovely communal swimming pool with its grass borders and trees is just a minutes walk away (15 metres) and is available from 9am to 9pm.
At just 5 minutes walk fromt the house is a large commercial centre with a Dialprix supermarket, bars, cafes, restauarants, shops, the tourist information centre and a bus stop.
There are more services and amenities not far that include pharmacies, sports centre and other services.
The fabulous beaches of La Marina are just 6km (10 minutes by car) where you can explore the beautiful sandy coasts with dunes and Meditteranean pines, beach bars, cafes and water sports.
All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
