What better way to enjoy your holiday in Spain than in this marvelous large townhouse within a gated community. The community of Don Pueblo is in a central location, with buses, the weekly market, a supermarket, a spa/gymnasium, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
The property has access to a wonderful communal swimming pool with lush gardens, a jacuzzi and childrens splash pool at its centre. There is also a tennis court and basketball-/football pitch available ideal for keeping fit or keeping the kids entertained.
The house has terraces on the both sides, one ideal for a barbecue in the sunshine and the other with views of the pool in the shade. There is a comfortable living room with a sofa and armchairs, air conditioning, television and wi-fi internet. There is a shower/wc on the ground floor. The large kitchen/diner is superb for those who enjoy a little home cooking and has a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with air conditioning in the hallway, a master bedroom, with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a balcony. The second bedroom is ideal for the kids, with a double bed and single bed above, built-in wardrobes and a childrens desk with seats. There is a large bathroom with twin sinks, bath tub and shower above.
Stairs take you up to the roof top solarium, another great space to bask in the all day sunshine either on the two sun beds or at the bar watching the world go by.
From the living room stairs take you down to the lower level where you will find another large living room with two arm chairs and air conditioning. There are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. Both with windows and natural light.
The beach is a five minute drive away where you will find some of the best kept natural beaches in Spain. The beach has lifeguards and there are beach bars available for refreshments and snacks. The nature reserve close by is a wonderful spot to take a jog or a stroll to see some of the local flora and wildfowl.
Alicante-Elche Airport is a short 10 minute trip away making it very quick and comfortable.

All prices shown are weekly rates and include electricity, water, gas and internet unless stipulated.

There is a minimum stay of 7 days for July and August and 5 days for the rest of the year unless stated.

In order to reserve the property, it is necessary to contact us first to confirm availability. Once approved, a payment will be required for 20% of the total rental value. The rest of the balance must be paid at least 1 month prior to the move in date. In the case that the reservation is being made within one month of the move in date, the whole of the rental amount is payable.
The rental amount includes a standard departure clean. Bed linen and towels are also provided in the price.
A security deposit of 250€ is required as a guarantee.
A Meet & Greet charge will be applied for clients arriving outside of our normal working hours. Normal working hours are:
Clients arriving between 18.00 and 22.00 will be charge an additional 20€, whilst clients arriving after 22.00, on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged 40€.
