This three bedroom end of terrace house has a large corner plot garden with mature trees and plants that creates a lovely private space. It enjous the afternoon sun and ideal for making the most of the weather. The ground floor of the property comprises of a living room with a dining area and lounge with a TV and wi-fi internet, a kitchen and a shower/wc. In the lower level you will find the third bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and sofa area. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and balcony, a second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe and a family bathroom with a tub with a shower above. For those who want all day sunshine you can enjoy the roof top solarium which offers excellent views of the area and mountains.
The communal swimming pool is just a short walk away and has a childrens splash pool attached and is surrounded by a terrace and lush communal gardens. Currently it is open from 10.00am until 10.00pm but this could change at any time.

As you can see the weather is exceptionally mild for this time of year which permits you to enjoy the fresh air and get out and about. There are some exceptional walks to enjoy in the Nature Reserve El Clot de Galvany which is just metres away. It´s a bird and nature lovers paradise and great for joggers, with viewing points and lakes full of wildlife to be appreciated. A 10 minute stroll will take you to Carabassi and Los Arenales beaches which are some of the best preserved beaches in the province. Kilometres of golden sandy dunes and Mediterranean pine trees ascend the coastline towards Alicante. Many people can be seen throughout the year, wading out with their paddle boards, bathers enjoying a swim, or just having enjoying a walk along the promenade and taking in the views.
The Carabassi strip within a few minutes walk has a host of restaurants, bars and a local shop so you don´t have to venture far from home for some tapas on a terrace or a great meal out. The Gran Alacant shopping centre, located around 2km distance has many of the large supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl and services such as a pharmacy, garage and bank. The main bus stop here goes to Alicante and Santa Pola town. There is an urban bus service in Gran Alacant to get you around the local area and runs at regular hours.
Alicante-Elche Airport is a short 10 minute trip away making it very quick and comfortable.
The monthly rent includes the internet, community fees, council tax. Tenants are responsible to pay for the water and electric bills separately.
